Transfer fees: 0% Permanently.
Sales commissions: 0–2%.

Since the burn is progressive and only applies to sales, it ranges from 100% to 50%.
The remaining portion that is not burned is sent to the commissions wallet to fund development, marketing, and other expenses.

From each sale commission: 50–100% for burn, 0–50% for developers.
